This is one of many boxes (this time with the box lid off) from Tomoko Fuse's "Origami Boxes", this one entitled "fancy pinwheel". I folded this as a present, using silver/red and silver/gold metalic paper (4 sheets for the top, 4 sheets for the bottom). Fitting Fuse's modulars together is always... interesting.
